city centre location but nice and quiet. Appreciated te air conditioning and opening windows. Great that a bathroom was available for freshening up after checking out of the hotel room.
Great location, well done renovations, good front desk service.
The hotel is in a very central location with the Louvre and Notre Dame only a few minutes away. Other sites are easily accessed using the Metro (a two minute walk to the metro). The room was spacious by Paris standards, and the people at the desk were friendly. It was the perfect spot for our girls' weekend in Paris!
Breakfast could have been better. But you aren't really paying for just breakfast. You are paying for breakfast in Paris!
staff was very friendly, accommodating. the location is excellent near major sites yet on a quite street. the room 302, furnishings and bathroom were very clean. full tub, bathroom one could change in. two closets and a large flat screen lv. the breakfast included was a buffet of pastries, coffee, juices, cold cuts, cereals, yogurts and eggs one could boil to our liking. it was great.
the site noted recently remodeled interior however did not note that the outside was being renovated hence we had to enter under scaffolding and the workers started promptly at 8am, when our alarm clock went off, the tapping began and the view from our wonderful window to the street was limited. though we were out most of the time, the staff still gave us a huge discount for the inconvenience. the scaffolding and work was to end shortly after our departure. the large bathtub had a hand held shower spray that was mounted at tub level. perhaps we do not know the customs but a second mounting up high would have been convenient for hands free showering.
Very friendly staff and the first free Wifi we encountered on our trip :). Also great location in walking distance to Paris sights
A very good location close to the Chatelet les-halles RER interchange.
The location was excellent, there was wi fi, the staff was friendly and the room was a bit old looking but very large, which is really good when you're traveling in threes.
The bathroom was very odd, the toilet was separate from the shower and sink in a tiny claustrophobic cubicle.
rooms small but adequate; staff very knowledgeable and helpful; location perfect
finishes and fixtures in the rooms need updating
The Reception Clerk was the most Disagreeable Unhelpful person i've ever met.
nice modern room design; very close to biggest subway station; wifi included
hard bed; noisy; 1 day wifi failure; rain-shower head: nice but clogged
Good Location, friendly staff and WiFi on the room included.
Breakfast, which has not a good variety of choices, should be included on the price and not paid separately.
good location and near to metro station and not far from famous sites such as the eiffel tower and many other famous sites.bar in hotel very small and service slow, staff very friendly and helpful apart from one of the employees who seemed to be very unhelpful and quiet rude.....
+New carpet, new bed covers, helpful receptionists.
- Old furniture, no tv, no coffee making, glass bathroom door needs repairing.
I couldn't link to the wifi.
We stayed in room 501. It was situated close to the metro. Excellent TV. Good bathroom. The lady at the reception desk on the morning of our departure was generally helpful but when asked about the weather she did not look it up on her computer.
I would stay at this hotel again although I have some reservations; namely the bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were far thicker than was comfortable for sleeping and one rickety was provided for two people. Also, requests that free wifi was not to be use outside the bedroom and that you should not bring in a bottle of water but use the water in the room was irritating. The dark decor in the smallish bedroom was not the best choice.
